Founded by Chubz, a self-taught baker whose childhood nickname became the brand. Our bakery was built on a passion for creating beautiful desserts using exceptional ingredients and timeless craftsmanship.

Today, we're bringing the Chubz Bakery experience beyond California. Our handcrafted cookies and artisan sourdough are available for nationwide shipping, with select international shipping available, while our custom cakes and wedding creations remain available locally.
